Nature as Teacher

Ride the wave of inspiration for as long as it can be ridden. Remain in the energy of this rarified moment for as long as it lasts...

When flowing... keep going

Be Present

Deepening our connection to nature will energize our spirit, and whatever gives energy invariably affects our state of mind.

Engage

The closer we can get to the natural world, the sooner we start to realize that we are not separate. When we create, we are not not just expressing our unique individuality. We are expressing our seamless connection to an infinite oneness.

Breathe

For the lungs to draw in air, they must first be emptied...For the mind to fill with inspiration, it wants space to welcome the new.

Observe

There is never a shortage of awe and inspiration to be found outdoors...there's so much wisdom in nature that when we notice it, it awakens possibilities within us.

Here and Now

Well-being can be experienced as an optimal state of mind that comes from deep engagement within your own life. It inspires a true sense of knowing that you are contributing to something larger than yourself.

Love is a language without words...
